A blog to motivate myself.
Felt so shit about myself and so fed up of feeling unfit. The flu made me loose some weight, and that weirdly kickstarted my decision to get healthy and feel fit. I obviously felt weak after the flu, and wanted to loose weight the right way not through an illness. But the loss of weight I did like the look of.
Since then I have been going to the gym at least 3 times. I have started training to do a 10K run. (Baring in mind I have never ran before) and I have tried climbing again!
I am on my third week of running now and super proud of myself. Had some ups and downs. Binging on alcohol on my staff night out, subsequently food. But for the most part I've been very motivated!
Hoping this blog helps keep me on the right track. A place to post the healthy food I have enjoyed making, the fitness achievements I have made and anything else that occurs on this journey of positivity!
